Friday Night Curry
There will be a Buffet Curry at Mr Singh’s India Gate, Dunblane, FK15 0EY. Transport from
and back to the King Robert will be available by local GMDX members.
Cost of the meal is £28 per person (service charge is included). This must be pre-booked
as numbers are limited.

Saturday GMDX Convention
The cost of the afternoon’s convention is £10 for members and £15 for non-members, this
includes tea or coffee and biscuits.

Saturday Night Dinner
A three course dinner at the King Robert Hotel is priced at £33 per person.
We would be grateful if you could book early (see form on next page).
Booking for dinner is particularly important as numbers are limited.

Hotel Accommodation
The King Robert Hotel has offered GMDX Group a special rate for convention delegates.
£97 B&B for a double room or £175 for two nights.
£75 B&B for a single room or £130 for two nights.
In the event that all single rooms are taken, the nightly rate for single occupancy of a twin
room is £75 B&B.
If you would like to book hotel accommodation, please contact the hotel directly and
mention that you are attending the GMDX Convention to access the special rates and the
pre-reserved rooms. We suggest that you make any accommodation booking early to
avoid disappointment.
